Happy Father's Day - pool fun

We spent Father's day doing what Al wanted to do. We had lunch at Wing Stop, played outside and had Brats for dinner:)

Today we had some fun outside in the pool

Sydney loves to play with dishes in the pool, scoop the water....

and poor it all over:)

Stinson Beach

We went to Stinson Beach and we had a wonderful time. Sydney loved having a huge sandbox to play in!

She really liked to cover us in sand too, it was cute.

After putting sunscreen on Al, Sydney decided to help, so she rubbed sand all over his back.

Checking out the water, she wasn't too sure of it at first, but then once it hit her feet, she did really like it.

We brought water back to where we were sitting and she loved it and poured it all over herself.

More Summer Fun

We have been having a lot of fun this summer.

Saturday - June 5th

Oakland Zoo

We took Syd to the zoo and couldn't wait for her to see the Lions, since she loves to Roar! The only one we really saw was pretty far back, but she did see him and gave him a nice greeting by Roaring:)

So many Giraffes, they were fun, they came very close at one point and Syd enjoyed watching them.

It was a hot day at the zoo, but we had a nice time.

Our Niece Torri's Graduation from High School and Al's Birthday

We went to Boise, ID for Memorial Day weekend to celebrate Torri's graduation and I also surprised Al with a birthday cake, a few days early, but hey everyone was going to be there, so why not!

Syd is checking out the dogs, she wasn't too sure of them at first, but once they calmed down and she did too, she loved them, it was cute. She was actually crawling around, acting like them:)

Monday - Al's birthday - We decided to try the pool again, this time Katti and Keegan came over to play and so Syd actually had some fun!

Once we got home then Syd and I wrote Dad a Happy Birthday message on our patio with our sidewalk chalk!

A Visit from Cousin Eddy, Tami and Cooper

Cousin Ed, Tami and Cooper came to CA to do a drive from LA to SF and when they got to SF they stopped to see us, which was great. Cooper(2 yrs) and Sydney had so much fun, they just followed each other around and had a blast! On Friday, Ed, Tami, Cooper, Syd and I went to Napa for the day, well Syd and I only lasted for a couple places, then we went home:)
