Pumpkin Patch and 7 Months old

Saturday, September 26th
Sydney is 7 months old today and she is weighing in at 20.6 pounds:)
We went down to Half Moon Bay today to go and get some pumpkins and take Sydney to her first pumpkin patch. She liked all the pumpkins! We got some good pictures of her as well, she really liked to touch them!"Hmmmmm what can I do just sitting here all by myself?"

"Oh I like how this feels, I wonder if I could get it in my mouth?"

"Hey Dad, these are some big pumpkins, are we going to take one this big home?"

We had a nice day down in Half Moon Bay, Sydney took her morning nap on the way there and her afternoon nap on the way home, and continued it when we got home!

September Updates

Sydney loves to have her picture taken...well most of the time:) It might take 10 pictures to get one good one, but we still do it:) Smiling big and so happy that Daddy is finally home from his trip. Sydney loves to eat, if you are eating something she wants some of it too. She loves everything we give her and can't wait for the next spoonful. She is also getting very big, we can't believe how big she is and how much she is learning each day. Here are a few pics from the past couple weeks. On Saturday the 19th, we went running and then stopped at the park to play a little. This was Sydney's first swing experience. She liked it:)

Mom and I put both kids on the one stroller, just for the picture, but they held hands, how cute.

Back in CA

Sydney is glad to be home in CA, she really missed her Daddy! This is her new way of drinking her bottle, hands over her eyes, it is pretty funny!
On Saturday, Sheila, Mike and their dog Kiera came over to go hiking. Sydney was very excited to see the dog, but then when we put her down by Kiera, she was a little skeptical but since Kiera is such a good dog she liked her! Kiera really enjoyed licking Sydney's hands, it was very cute.

Sydney's 6 Month Pics

Sydney turned 6 months old while we were in MN. Here are her pictures, she was very cooperative and loved getting her picture taken.
At her check up she was 19.1 pounds and 28 1/4 inches long. She is such a big girl. She loves her food, any food, she opens her mouth and down it goes! She is also sitting up and I am sure just on the verge of crawling! We can't believe how fast she is growing up.

Well enjoy the pictures

Angie and Sydney's MN Visit

Sydney and I went to MN from Aug 25 - Sept 2, we had a great time and Sydney was a great traveler! I am missing a lot of photos since we used my mom's camera and my sister's camera a lot. So I am missing a picture of Syd with her grandparents etc., so I will update when I get those. Sorry we didn't get a chance to see all of our friends and family in MN, but don't worry we will be back:)

Caden and Sydney, only a month a part playing on the 26th. They were so fascinated with each other, it was so fun. They of course wanted the toy the other one was playing with:)
Mariah, Janie, Kinzie and Tillie came out to see us on Wed.

The girls put Sydney on the the John Deer Gator, it was funny, Sydney did like it:)

Laura came out to visit with Cameron, he is 11 weeks old. Sydney really liked playing with his socks:)
I met up with some of my co-workers from MFI, it was nice to see them all! Sydney was excited to meet them as well.
On Friday we celebrated Chase's 5th birthday, those are the pictures I am missing. We went to the Train Museum in Dassel and had a great time. Then we went on the Como Harriet Street Car line in Minneapolis, very fun. Chase is very into Trains right now so his birthday had a train theme.

On saturday we went to visit Auntie Melanie and Uncle Derek at their new house. What a beautiful house and it was so fun to see them.

Anna came to visit, she couldn't bring Kayla since she was sick, but she came over to visit us:)
Sunday, Chase's 5th Birthday Party. Train themed. As you can see the kids have train hats on that Grandma and Grandpa bought them on Friday. They were really cute. Chase was very excited for his party, he knows a lot about trains and made sure we did too:)

On Monday night we met up at Great Grandma Miller's house to get the 3 second cousins together that were born the first part of 2009. Natalie is 8 months old, Caden 7 months and Sydney 6 months.
